Exchange
If the customer needs to exchange the product, we will accept the exchange without question and in this case the customer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address we communicated to you via email.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return, so we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return.
